Leigh Jackson | Founder & Managing Director

A friendly and familiar face across the city, Leigh is a cornerstone of the Nottingham business community. He founded L Jackson Cleaning in 2006, beginning his journey as a solo commercial cleaner with a simple mission: to provide exceptional service to local firms.

Over the nearly two decades since, Leigh’s hands on approach and deep industry knowledge have fueled the company’s impressive growth. What started as a focused cleaning operation has evolved under his leadership into a full-scale facilities management provider. Today, he oversees a diverse portfolio of services ranging from professional gardening and efficient waste removal to the highly technical requirements of specialist void property management.

Leigh’s success is built on the long standing relationships he has nurtured throughout the Midlands. He remains deeply committed to the core values that started the business 20 years ago: reliability, excellence, and a personal touch.

Tom joined L Jackson Cleaning to help drive the company’s expansion into a full-service facilities provider.

Tom brings a unique perspective to the team, having previously served as a Property Manager at Bildurn. This experience "on the other side" of property management gives him a comprehensive understanding of the industry from both an operational and client-focused lens. His background allows him to anticipate management needs and deliver well rounded solutions for every project.

Tom believes that clear communication and reliability are the keys to a successful partnership. He works closely with Nottingham landlords, business owners, and estate managers to provide tailored solutions that go beyond a standard cleaning service.
